1. Eligibility

To use PrimePrompt, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old, or have reached the age of legal capacity in your jurisdiction
• Have the authority to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws

2. Acceptable Use

We built PrimePrompt to help you create better prompts. In return, we ask that you use it responsibly.

You agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Comply with all applicable laws, including data protection and intellectual property regulations
• Respect the integrity and security of the Service

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, its servers, or connected networks
• Attempt to bypass security features or access controls
• Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair its operation
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without our written permission

Fair Use Policy

PrimePrompt operates on a fair use basis. To ensure reliable service for all users, we may impose reasonable usage limits. These limits may be adjusted at our discretion based on system capacity, third-party provider constraints, or operational requirements.

3. Accounts and Subscriptions

Accounts

Some features require you to create an account. Your account is personal to you and may not be shared with or used by multiple individuals. Each user must have their own account.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Maintaining the security of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Ensuring no one else accesses the Service through your account

Subscriptions and Payments

• Certain features may require a paid subscription
• Subscription fees are based on the plan you select at the time of purchase
• We reserve the right to modify pricing or introduce new subscription tiers with reasonable notice
• All payments are processed through Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record

Refunds

All subscription purchases are final. Due to the nature of digital services and immediate access provided upon purchase, we do not offer refunds.

If you believe there has been an error with your purchase or have concerns about your subscription, please contact us at [email protected] and we will review your case on an individual basis.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access until then.

Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access if payment is not received when due, or if you violate these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property

Our Rights

PrimePrompt, including its software, design, branding, and all associated content, is owned by Codewick and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

Your Content

You retain full ownership of any content you submit to PrimePrompt. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely to provide and improve the Service.

We do not claim ownership over your prompts or outputs.

5. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

In brief:

• We collect only what's necessary: your email, prompts, and basic usage analytics
• We do not use your prompts to train AI models
• We do not sell your data to third parties
• We use trusted third-party providers for infrastructure and processing

6. Third-Party Services

PrimePrompt integrates with third-party services for AI processing, hosting, and payments. Your use of the Service is also subject to the terms and policies of these providers.

If you install our browser extension, you must also comply with the policies of the respective browser platform (e.g., Chrome Web Store policies).

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Warranties that the Service will meet your specific requirements

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any outputs generated through the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Codewick shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Any loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or ₹5,000 (INR), whichever is greater.

9. Service Availability and Changes

We strive to keep PrimePrompt available and reliable. However:

• We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time
• Service availability may be affected by third-party providers, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control
• We are not liable for any unavailability or interruption of the Service

We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice of significant changes where practicable.

10. Termination

By You

You may stop using PrimePrompt at any time by:

• Uninstalling the browser extension
• Deleting your account (if applicable)
• Simply ceasing to use the web application

By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access without prior notice if:

• You violate these Terms
• You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Continued access poses a risk to the Service or other users

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, features, or legal requirements.

• Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date
• Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Codewick regarding your use of PrimePrompt.
